Peer Review Policy

At the Kings and Queens Journal of Advanced Computing and Artificial Intelligence (KQJACAI), we are dedicated to the rigorous and timely evaluation of scholarly contributions. Each manuscript submitted to the journal undergoes a structured peer-review process to assess its quality, originality, and contribution to the fields of computing, artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning, and related areas. The review process is guided by the following principles:

  • Submissions must be original and must not be under review elsewhere. Concurrent submissions to multiple journals are not allowed.
  • Manuscripts outside the scope of the journal—such as those lacking focus on computational theory, AI applications, algorithm development, or intelligent systems—will not be reviewed.
  • Each submission is reviewed by at least two experts selected for their expertise in the relevant domain, ensuring fair and informed evaluation.
  • When further assessment is needed, the editorial board may invite additional reviewers. Authors will be informed if such a step is taken.
  • Final editorial decisions are made by the Editors-in-Chief, who consider the reviewers’ feedback and the overall scholarly merit of the work. Authors receive timely and respectful communication of the decision.
  • All submissions are treated as confidential documents. Editors and reviewers are expected to uphold strict confidentiality throughout the review process.
  • Any reviewer or editor with a conflict of interest—whether personal, professional, or academic—must disclose it and withdraw from the review process to maintain objectivity. Information obtained during peer review must not be used for personal or professional advantage.
  • KQJACAI follows a single-blind review process, where reviewers remain anonymous to the authors to preserve impartiality and critical integrity.
